It strengthens muscles of the arms, shoulders, legs, and core through jumping and hitting movements. Volleyball helps improve flexibility, balance, and hand–eye coordination. It promotes good heart health by keeping the body active and energetic. Regular play also helps reduce stress and improves teamwork and mental alertness.

KABADDI

Playing Kabaddi is very beneficial for our body as it improves strength, stamina, and endurance. It strengthens muscles of the legs, arms, and core through running, holding, and tackling. Kabaddi improves lung capacity and breathing control because of the need to hold breath during play. It enhances flexibility, agility, and quick reflexes. Regular Kabaddi play also boosts mental toughness, focus, and overall physical fitness.

TUG OF WAR

Pulling tug of war is very useful for our body as it builds overall strength and power. It strengthens muscles of the arms, shoulders, back, legs, and core. Tug of war improves grip strength and body balance. It enhances endurance and coordination through sustained physical effort. Regular participation also promotes teamwork and boosts physical fitness.

CHESS

Playing chess is useful for our body by keeping the brain active and improving mental fitness. It enhances concentration, memory, and problem-solving skills. Chess helps reduce stress and promotes calm and controlled thinking. It improves decision-making and strategic planning abilities. Regular play also supports overall mental well-being, which positively affects physical health.

  • Chess (Mixed)
  • The first round will be an elimination round with a time control of 10+5 minutes per player; in case of a draw, a blitz tie-break with a 3+0 time control will be played. The second round will follow the Swiss Tournament format with a 10+5 time control, and a total of four rounds will be conducted.

ARM WRESTLING

Arm wrestling is useful for our body as it increases upper body strength. It strengthens the muscles of the arms, shoulders, wrists, and hands. Arm wrestling improves grip power and joint stability. It helps develop muscle endurance and controlled force. Regular practice also boosts confidence and physical fitness.

  • Both the players must have to report 30 min. before the scheduled time of the match, If the player does not turn up within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the opposite party will get a walkover, All the matches will be Knockout.

Playing table tennis is very useful for our body as it improves reflexes and hand–eye coordination. It strengthens the muscles of the arms and legs through quick movements. Table tennis enhances cardiovascular fitness by keeping the body active. It helps improve balance, concentration, and mental alertness. Regular play also reduces stress and supports overall physical fitness.
