Ms. Amita is an highly accomplished Senior Academician, Administrator, and former IT Professional with an MCA and 18+ years of experience bridging software development, higher education, and institutional governance. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the BCA Department at Don Bosco Institute of Technology (DBIT), New Delhi, their diverse career features an early foundation as a Software Developer, a decade of leadership as Head of the Computer Science Department and staff representative for the local governing body at Pt. Mohan Lal S.D. College for Girls (Punjab), and tenure as Assistant Professor at Kalka Institute, where she won back-to-back Best Teacher Awards (2023 and 2024).
